We have been robbed, no more computers, cameras, credit cards, jewels, all gone! My travel pictures, all gone. My HNT pictures, all gone. My daughter's graduation work, gone. Her USB keys, gone. Very traumatic!

I don't get why people are so mean.
When you get up and running, back it all up on Cloud backup. It's about $50 a year and the one I use is Carbonite.com.

All is fine now. Lap-tops have been replaced. My stolen lap-top was password protected. It only had some hundreds of pictures that had not been backed-up yet, including some unpublished HNTs, but nothing that could be used to harm. The police says they will probably be scratched/installed for immediate use or selling on the black market. The insurance will cover some. I will then be able to by a new, and even, better camera, and a couple of cell phones.
I wanted to thank all those lovely friends who have sent me direct messages about their concern, care and best wishes. I am so very thankful, my dear friends, it is wonderful to feel how much people care, and to know that, if not physically, there is always someone nearby. You are all in my heart.
